    Banana Leaves

Indonesians love to wrap meats, rice, etc., in banana leaves and grill them. If you have trouble finding the banana leaves, you can use bok choy or the old standby, cabbage leaves. Just add filling of your choice, wrap up the ends and side and secure with a bamboo skewer or a toothpick.

We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
