Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter 2 tsp. red curry paste 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup soy sauce Twist of lime Preparation: Combine ingredients in a medium-size saucepan and mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat and stir often. Serve over beef, pork, chicken or pasta.
