This has the additional advantage of reinforcing what the coach is saying.

• Remember: close-ups are your friends. They'll provide intimate pictures and high-energy sound.

• Be patient. Once you hit record, let the camera roll for a while without changing the shot. You'll be surprised at how the action unfolds in front of the lens if you just relax and stick with the shot you've set.
