Anna Griffin shows how easy it can be to create your own beautiful covers for wedding CD favors.

    Materials:

    Ivory card stock
    Colored card stock
Rubber stamps - Background and Cartouche
    Ink pads
    Velcro dots
    Adhesive
    Craft knife or paper trimmer
    Ruler
    Cutting mat

    1. Cut a piece of colored card stock to 11" x 7". Score and fold at 2 -1/2" and 7-1/2" on the 11" side.

    2. Stamp on one side with a background stamp.

    3. Cut 1" off the top and 1" off the bottom up to the 7-1/2" score to make tabs. Score the tabs and fold. Adhere the tabs to the folded-over panel to create a pocket for the CD. The first fold becomes the flap of the envelope.

    4. To create the label, first laser print or hand write the label on ivory card stock.

    5. Next, stamp the cartouche motif around the label, then cut out and adhere to envelope flap.

    6. Add velcro dot as a fastener.
